Each year our study of principles of chemistry leads us to investigations into the chemistry and properties of water. Students are challenged to choose a property of water and use photography and/or video to illustrate that property of water, while crafting an artist statement to discuss their artistic choices and their knowledge of the chemical principles at work in their experiment or demonstration.
